Android (Chrome)
Install web app on your home screen — works on Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi and every Android phone.
- Sign in to your client portal in Chrome.
- Tap the menu (three dots) → Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Tap Install — the CaseSafe icon appears on your home screen and opens full-screen like a native app.
- Sign in with your existing username and password.
iPhone & iPad (Safari)
Install the web app on your Apple device’s home screen — nothing to download from an app store.
- Sign in to your client portal in Safari.
- Tap the Share button → Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add — the CaseSafe icon appears on your home screen.
- Sign in once and CaseSafe opens full-screen from its icon.
